1:00 to 1:45 PM: Skate for MPS

A sampling of the Minnesota NHL Alumni players will be on the ice skating during this time providing the opportunity to interact and skate for the National MPS Society (admission is $5.00).

2:00 to 4:00 PM: MPS Cup Hockey Game

This is a charity hockey game with the Minnesota NHL Alumni where donor players participate alongside the alumni players. ($300 per donor player, pre-registration required)

6:00 to 11:30 PM: MPS Cup Gala

Plated dinner, silent auction, and music by the Dweebs.  Minnesota NHL Alumni will be present to socialize with the guests.  Last years silent auction items totaled over $11,000 in value! ($125 per person, pre-registration required)

9:00 to 11:30 PM: The Dweebs

Doors open for the music entertainment to the general public (admission is $10).

What Is MPS?

MPS Diseases are rare, devastating, incurable genetic diseases – mostly affecting children. Specific enzyme deficiencies cause storage in affected individuals’ cells, which in turn leads to progressive damage to their hearts, bones, joints, respiratory systems and, sometimes, central nervous systems. Although there is no cure for MPS diseases, the past decade has led to exciting advancements in gene therapy as well as to the development of enzyme replacement therapies.
